From my conversations with Chelsie, I knew her music taste leaned strongly towards pop, so I decided to surprise them by using Into You by Ariana Grande. Their first dance became the creative anchor for this section of the film. They began with a slow, romantic dance, so I slowed the song down, shifted the reception footage into black and white, and let this moment feel moody and intimate. As the music dropped back into its upbeat tempo, they switched into a fun, high-energy dance filled with hip-hop moves. I timed this transition with a light-hearted moment from Locky's speech, where he jokingly thanked Movie World for bringing them together, using it as the beat dropped to carry us straight into the dancefloor. This shift created a seamless transition into the energetic reception moments, capturing both the romance and playful spirit that defined their day. The final wedding highlight film feels fresh, joyful, and full of movement, reflecting the happiness and energy of their celebration.
